First, we want to thank you for shopping at ActiveFit. We strive to develop products of the highest quality to fit you whether you are at the gym, at the supermarket or picking up your son at soccer.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not been worn, altered, or washed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.

        • Go to your nearest U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail deliverer, or schedule a free at-home pick-up.

          • Write us an email to with your return information. Please include the following data: order number, full name, items to be returned and tracking number.



          Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We refund shipping charges.


          Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your items within 30 days for a full refund and re-order your replacement item.
